“The place is exceptionally clean and well maintained. I only wished i could get coffee in the morning at this “bed and breakfast” , but i had to go to the nearest cafe for that. Other than that- a great place to stay for a night!”

“A flop house comes to mind when I think of this property. Ussually cab drivers know their town and mine was leery of the place. “watch your belongings” was his words of wisdom, but with only one other person in the shared dorm I was less vigilant. The storage locker was too small for my Rollie. Suffice it to say the room was clean, comfortable and quiet just over the river from the hustle of Portland. ”

“This was our third stay at the Heathman Lodge. Our first two stays were wonderful, so when in need of a hotel in the Vancouver WA area we immediately booked the Heathman. Check-In was great, they even gave us a bottle of wine! But the next day we were away from our room most of the day and returned at night. There was no maid service! All our towels were used and left on floor where we had left them, trash wasn't emptied and bed wasn't made. I tried to call to the front desk, but room phone...
