โWonderful stay - perfect for our multi-generational "girl's trip." The staff was responsive and friendly, parking was easy and convenient, neighborhood was quiet but close to lots of restaurants. I won't stay anywhere else if I'm visiting Portland. โ
โThis was a very nice hostel and I felt very safe. I stayed in 4 person bunk room with all women and it was very nice! The doors can only be opened with a keycard for that room. The sheets and bed were very clean and comfortable. I slept in the bottom bunk that had a little curtain which made me feel like I had my own little space. The bathroom was down the hall and was very clean. โ
โStaff were very friendly and made us feel like they knew us. Location is also great. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will be staying again! โ
โLots of great food options in walking distance of.the hotel. The building has a historic feel, but has been well maintained. The staff are very attentive and helpful. โ
โThe building is old, well cared for with rustic - with character. The bed was comfortable and the room had a small sink. Toilet and shower are communal and I found them to be very clean. There isn't a coffee maker in the room but they bring out coffee in the hallway. There is a wonderful bagel bakery on the same block with coffee if you need it earlier.
I'd definately stay here again but if you want all the usual comforts of a hotel, this is not the place. If you are flexible, it's a fun place...
โThe beds were amazing, the room was extremely clean. The one draw back was we didnโt find a water bottle filler but that could have been by the bathrooms in the lobby, we never made it there.โ
โThe location is definitely convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Safety is a concern. The outdoor parking lot is right next to the hotel, not gated. Cars were double parked and its a bit chaotic. I heard screaming during the weekend nights. Hotel rooms and staffs are nice but I wouldnโt recommend it for familiesโ
