"Booked the hotel looking forward to the hottub. I have stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and was in love with the place. The breakfast was amazing and loved the whole experience. This time was different unfortunately. The hottub was out of service and we had looked forward to that most of all. I was also a little let down from the breakfast experience compared to the last time as well. Everything was very bland in comparison to the previous trip. Still love the staff and the cleanliness of the place"

"Very nice contemporary style hotel near the convention center, so not downtown Portland, but just across the river. Very affordable option when we arrived late into town. The room was smallish, but nicely designed and had good accommodations. Our room didn't really have a view, just the parking lot, but it was ok. They have a nice restaurant on the top floor, with an outdoor patio with partial views of the Portland skyline. We enjoyed our light dinner there."

"After a very long/stressful day (my husband had eye surgery) the staff upon check in was very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Room was lovely, bed was very comfortable, nice large tub for soaking. Appreciated the fact that they have a hotel and bar in the hotel. I ordered our dinner and took it to the room. We had breakfast the following morning in the restaurant. Took advantage of valet parking, that is a nice little perk, yes it was $60 but under the circumstances, it was just one less thing for me to deal with. Room 509, the only thing I would suggest is the clean the grout around the toilet and in the shower. That is the only suggestion I would have."
