Neskowin, Oregon hotel rooms at the Best Western

"Staff was great at check in. Room was older, but not to bad. Found some pubic hair in my shower upon arrival. Musty smell to room."

"The room was not very clean. There was what look like a menstrual blood stain on finch next to the bed to the blonde hair in the shower when we in the carpet is absolutely disgusting. It needs to be replaced. In the front desk was nice and very accommodating. The breakfast was pretty good although the breakfast was sort of uncomfortable because she is extremely imposing and doesn’t get your breakfast. It seemed very condescending very rude. The food was very good though the view is very nice although a very interesting central system that I would say a little bit bizarre. The night were very hot. We were very cool. Additionally, they needed an elevator. It was definitely say the price of too high when you get here, I would not visit this hotel again unless I had no choice, not because it’s not a good place to stay, but because it’s overpriced and under cleaned. "

"We had a terrible experience at the Holiday Inn in Lincoln City. Our first night the room keys weren’t working, asked for 2 new ones. Those new room keys stopped working, had to have the front desk person let us inside the room. The next day we left and when we came back we asked for 2 more room keys and then those stopped working. We made SURE not to have them next to any phone or other cards and devices to be safe. After those stopped working the “maintenance” guy came up and changed the battery and also let us inside the room since we were locked out once again. After he changed the battery in the lock we got yet again another 2 keys and those worked twice after not working again. At this point it has to be the lock and after going through all of that we weren’t offered another room or anything. On top of all of that the front sliding doors weren’t working and you had to manually slide them open. There is also only 2 ice machines in the entire hotel, 1 located on the 3rd floor that wasn’t working, the other located on the 1st floor. Rooms were clean, but the fireplaces are no longer working, they also shortened the time that the pool is open. It was previously open until 12am but now closed 2 hours sooner at 10pm "

"The room itself wasn’t anything spectacular considering it was pretty expensive for one night. The shower in the bathtub were a little dirty. The whole room is a little dirty to be honest. They were clumps of hair in the corners of the room. It almost looked like animal hair. The shower and the bathtub had stains in them. The whole reason why I booked this room was for the jet bathtub. I ended up not using the bathtub because it didn’t look very clean. There were no bottles of water in the room and even when I requested some, I was told that they didn’t offer that. I stated much cheaper hotels that offered a bottle water. The room didn’t even have a tissue box. Upon checking in, I asked if we could pay extra for a late checkout, and I was told that they could not accommodate that request. Not a huge deal but again for the cost, and the fact that I was willing to pay extra, I thought it was a little frustrating that they weren’t willing to budge at all. There is no breakfast served at this hotel. There isn’t even a little gift store where you can buy snacks. The staff is friendly enough. I didn’t want to give them a fantastic rating just due to the reluctance of allowing me an extra hour in the room. Nothing too horrible to notes, but again for the price, I will not be booking there again."
