โQuiet and clean little place with an eco-modern vibe. Right on a busy little marina nestled in a tiny bay, so itโs rather noisy outside way before daylight- however nice little white noise machine is provided in rooms. Watching the fishmen and whale watchers enter and exit the bay from the private patios is quite relaxing. โ
โThe view is so amazing! We saw whales right outside the window as we walked in the room. The binoculars were fun to have that they provide. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. โ
โVery peaceful. Traded ocean view for jacuzzi tub. -- shower curtains didnt close on either end, bonus, no water spraying out everywhere. Steep hill going up to parking lot. No matter, peaceful getaway in good location between Newport and Lincoln City. Slept real good, so bed not super hard or soft. Very comfortable. No frills, no thrills, place. Very basic place with basic essentials. No freezer in fridge. โ

โIt's an acceptable room to stay in if you need some rest after driving Highway 101 all day. It's not fancy at all, but it works. My room was very spacious, but there wasn't a lot of furniture, and they have the TV situated way too far away from the bed (like 25 feet). You'll have plenty of space to do some square dancing if you want, but you'll have to squint to see the TV. Hardwood floors instead of carpet. A lot of roadside inns are going that way these days, but I don't particularly like...
โWe were expecting this place to be good because of the exceptional rating, but when we arrived and went into the condo we found out that it was beyond our expectation, it was great. It had a gorgeous ocean view, was well prepared, nicely decorated, and was prepared for literally everything. Even the beautiful flowers in the living room I thought artificial, turned out to be fresh cut flowers.
The garden outside was so nice and relaxing.
Definitely will visit this place again, for a longer stay...

โExcellent location on the beach. If you need handicap access to beach its located very close by (within a block). The rooms are updated to modern designs, very clean and staff is everything you can ask for. Will stay again. Only 1st floor rooms have balcony. Otherwise there is common area for use out back. Allowed pets are a delightful part of the experience. My experience is pet owners are usually very caring individuals and fun to mingle with during your stay. โ
โWe love this property anytime we come to the beach. Itโs so family friendly with separate bedrooms, the game room, fire pits and mini golf, not to mention the food is amazing. We always make new friends out by the fire out and just love the vibes here.โ
โWe had a little enclosed patio. Our grand child loved stepping out onto it. Nice swimming and hot tub. We loved the beds. Hotel is walkable to a nice breakfast restaurant. โ
โNice view and area. Was located within walking distance of the Taft district. Friendly staff. There are buckets of window cleaner and window scrubbing/squeegeโs available in parking lot for cleaning car windows.
Only complaint is the pool/sauna/rec room hours (close somewhat early evening) make it difficult to utilize if only staying 1 night. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am.โ
