"The lobby was beautiful and inviting. The desk clerk greeted us, checked us in and went over the amenities and other things to know. The room was clean and spacious. I was concerned about the soft mattress but all three of us slept very well. There weren't vending machines, but they had a nice area for drinks, snacks and a few convenience items. The breakfast was adequate. Mostly carbs but they did offer boiled eggs and yogurt. There were two waffle makers so that made it nice. We really enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome."

"The room was adequate but not luxurious. It seemed to be newly renovated, but the shower had gross caulking. I thought I was getting a deluxe/luxurious room as the pictures on expedia were a bit deceiving. I wish there was a more accurate room picture. And we thought this was beach level, (again, due to the pictures) but it was up on the cliff. Beach access was only 2blocks away. So it was fine. Amenities were great! Fire pits, and FANTASTIC breakfast!"

"Outstanding place to stay at the Oregon coast. Newly remodeled large rooms that are quite nice, the staff went out of their way to ensure guests felt welcome- all of them from the front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent and the hot salmon chowder served daily in the evening was outstanding. A word of caution though- the shower is two sided glass and is exposed to the whole room."
