Lincoln Sands Oceanfront Resort, an Ascend Collection Hotel

"Lincoln Sands Resort has the best location on the beach in Lincoln City. Located "on the sand", no steps, no bluffs, no walking. Kyollos restaurant (best view, excellent menu) is located in the same parking lot and is a 1 minute walk. Dutch Bros coffee is 50 yards from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. They offered a country breakfast each morning and chowder/cookies at 5pm each evening. The only issue i would like to see improved is in their largest room the 1 bedroom with king and queen bed, the queen bed is a murphy bed and needs updated. The metal frame needs replaced and was uncomfortable. The king bed in the separate bedroom and 2 full bathrooms were perfect. The heated pool, hot tub, dry sauna were well maintained. If you are looking for a fun beach spot to vacation stay here."

"I stay at the property frequently and am normally pleased. The location is great. Rooms are clean and quiet. The balcony provides a wonderful view of Siletz Bay and Taft Beach. However, the balcony on my room had not been cleaned in quite some time and was covered in Pidgeon droppings. Also, they have established 'early check-in fees'. $10 per hour that you arrive early. I can understand that to some point. However, I arrived 10 minutes early, and they still wanted $10 !!. I waited. They do have a free continental breakfast. Nothing warm, but make your own waffles. Also, they have vending machines in the lobby for food and drink."

"The property is forested and there is a lot of walking ,which we found to be refreshing, the aerial park was closed for cleaning so that was sad.the private beach access was also great.food was just as good as driving anywhere. We loved driving up and down the coast for day trips and returning to our room."
