“Front desk was one of the most frustrating interactions ever. First she couldn’t find our reservation and was giving us all sorts of attitude and speaking in a very rude manner. Even when we finally helped her find our reservation when she turned to show us her screen, she kept arguing. Absolutely the most unprofessional interaction ever!”

“Room was clean, but windows were old/ foggy and difficult to see through- no A/C in room. Housekeeping had sheets piled on the porch from the time we arrived to the time we left. Pool and spa were "closed for maintenance," which was not disclosed when we made reservations, and we packed swimwear to make use of these provisions. Staff was friendly and parking was decent- overall was a safe/ not sketchy hotel, but was a $125 accomodation- the $221 i spent would have gone a lot farther elsewhere...
