โLoved our visit here! The room was very spacious with a great view. Had everything we could have asked for from bath robes to cookies and saltwater taffy! โ
โVery comfortable! Staff was wonderful. Only objection: Our room was next to the ice machine. The water ran continually which we could hear quite clearly through the wall. โ
โThe property is getting a totally new makeover, so the owner apologized for the inconvenience while worker's are doing a great job to make the place look brand new inside and outside. I would recommend this place to everyone who's planning to stay in Newport young and old....thanks for a great stay.โ
โWe got upgraded to a nicer room since ours wasn't ready when we arrived. The receptionist was really sweet as well. We stayed for one night and it was nice. There were a few issues that were out of the staff's control like people smoking pot and being loud in the rooms but otherwise it was great. If they tighten up on the pot smoking in and around the rooms the stay would be more comfortable but the staff can't control everyone. Overall the stay was great on the part of the hotel!โ
โIt's an acceptable room to stay in if you need some rest after driving Highway 101 all day. It's not fancy at all, but it works. My room was very spacious, but there wasn't a lot of furniture, and they have the TV situated way too far away from the bed (like 25 feet). You'll have plenty of space to do some square dancing if you want, but you'll have to squint to see the TV. Hardwood floors instead of carpet. A lot of roadside inns are going that way these days, but I don't particularly like...
โBeautiful spacious accommodations, tastefully decorated with coastal art. Amazing views. My only regret is not discovering this gem sooner! Comfortably fit our family of 6 with room to spare. You get SO MUCH for your clams with this one.โ
