“Didn’t know need to get the check in information via whatapps beforehand. The room has smelly smell upon check in. Opened the window to air it and bought air fresher to make the room smell better. The sofa is not properly cleaned. Water heater is not clean. No cup is provided.”

“Expecting pro-active response of the info via whatsapp rather than re-active. Pillow was not confortable as the pillow was extremely high. Good location and Good value”

“It’s alright. Last minutes needed to stay a place. It was good enough for 2 nights. ”

“가성비 좋은 숙박이지만 체크인 전에 미리 방호실등 중요사항을 메일로 미리보내야만 합니다 경비하시는 분에게 소통하느라 아들없었으면 힘들었음”

“Very upset with front desk staff not giving proper information about parking. My booking was included free parking but during check in staff was told that no free parking for my booking package and ask to park jockey pay rm50 or open parking per entry RM5… This is unacceptable behaviour of front desk staff who duty.. have no choice, have to park open parking and pay rm5.. then have to walk to hotel room. Luckily no rain that day..”
