"Was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to an exceptionally large suite, complete with a separate bedroom, living room, and even a powder room — far more space than expected and perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The room itself was spotless and supremely comfortable throughout our stay. The rainshower deserves a special mention — easily one of the best I’ve experienced, with fantastic volume and pressure that made every shower feel like a treat. The aircon and climate control were also spot on, keeping the suite perfectly cool without ever feeling overly cold.
A nice touch was the turndown service each evening, which made the room feel even more inviting and comfortable to come back to.
For anyone who likes to keep up with fitness while traveling, the gym is very well equipped with great views.
Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better: Pavilion Mall is just across the street, making shopping, dining, and exploring incredibly convenient.
Overall, a fantastic stay with spacious accommodations, thoughtful service, and an unbeatable location. A must stay for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur."
