“Interesting place! They’ve taken an old city hall and converted it into a hotel. The outside still looks like a 100+ year old city hall (in good condition) and the inside is all new. There is no front desk, no onsite staff at all, but check-in via an internet supplied code works well. The rooms are modern, well done and clean. Quirky, with a good price and I will stay again.”

“The bathroom was really clean! I loved the mix of old tiles and modern shower. Check in instructions were helpful but a tad complicated. Looking back I don't know how they could have simplified the directions bc it was very involved but it was a tad stressful to follow all the codes and instructions. The room was charming but could really benefit with some updated bedding - sort of like the bathroom - having the old charm of the house but updated elements. The room was stuffy but one call to...

“Great location if you need to get to the Lumber Yard for baseball or softball and/or be downtown and lots of parking which is great. It is undergoing a major renovation which will probably/hopefully improve it—could use updating in our opinion.”

“Out of four days the only housekeeping done was towles brought in once. No little amenities like hair dryer, shampoos . Cigarette butts outside. Beds very loud and creaky. Can hear people through the walls. Couch was old and needed a bad shampooing. Check in was very easy and owner/ manager was good at messaging.”

“I think this was a homeless shelter. It was very uncomfortable. I did not feel safe. The toilet seat was coming off of the hinges. I had one large refrigerator and one small refrigerator in the room. It was extremely outdated. There was a smoking station/ashtray outside my door where everyone congregated until late into the night arguing and talking very loud. It was just not a good experience. “The rooms were clean but we arrived in the evening and the amount of lights attracting bugs lead to a lot of bugs getting into the room. The stairwell to the 2nd floor also had a very overpowering cat or dog fecal smell.”

“Our state was good the staff was nice but while we were there they didn't come in and clean our room and we couldn't figure out how to get the heater working but then we finally figured it out other than that not bad”

“Never been to a more disgusting hotel. Stained sheets and towels, dirty disgusting, smelt horrible, left a half used roll of toilet paper, broken lock on door, no screen in the window, just a horrible experience would never ever recommend or come here again. Not worth the “cheap” price compared to nearby hotels.”
