"For the price point, this was anexcellent stay. Location was fabulous right on the waterfront. Parking was great. There was no noise day or night that was disturbing. The rooms were dated, but that was fine with us. The linens were very nice on the bed. The towels were clean, but some were kind of stained. One bathroom was really clean but the bathtub needed a deep clean with a bit of bleach, as there was a little bit of mould on the tiles and grout. Overall, a great stay for the price. "

"Staff was great and accommodating and the rooms are a little dated but very clean and the hotel was really quiet which was a surprise. "

"Room was fine ... clean, location is good. A few items for consideration. Although I'm familar with French press coffee, my co worker was not and did not know how-to use. I suggest having instructions available in the room on how to use. The bathtub drain would not drain and had to call to replace the drain mechanism. There was no lotion in the bathroom dispenser. Instructions for TV use is appreciated as there are 2 remotes to use for local and non local channels"

"Room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised how cozy the bed is. The site has a great central courtyard for families with grills for BBQs which I wasn't expecting (nice addition). The breakfast was actually very good with hot food options. I was travelling for work and would definitely stay here again. "

"The rooms were very clean, and fresh, both in looks and scent. The staff were FABULOUS, and the hot tub was awesome! We loved the option to pre check in, which also gave us options to purchase an early check in (1pm) , or super early check in (11am) as well as late check out! We went for an event, and thankfully the event centre was basically right across the street- completely eliminating the need for us to find transportation! We loved this hotel, and will probably stay here everytime we are in Penticton! "
