“Easily one of best hotels we ever stayed in! Goregous suite with wrap around deck and stunning views of the sea and city of Pula. Staff was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay Beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious and immaculately clean. The food at the restaurant was very tasty and fresh. We are already planning another visit to this great hotel! ”

담당직원은 퇴근했다며 인테리어 직원이 간신히 방으로 인도했으나,, 인테리어 회사 문닫는 8시 넘어 도착했다면 어땠을지 상상도 하기싫음... 그나마 직원은 친절했으나 나머지가 너무 엉망이라 다 잊게만듬!!!!
적어준 와이파이 비밀번호는 맞지도 않아 이용도 못했으며, 샤워를 하려고 하니 5분가량 씻다보니 뜨거운 물도 안나옴!!!! 드라이기도 없음!!
객실내 전화기도 없고 리셉션도 없으니 물어보거나 요청도 못함(숙박시설을 운영할 준비가 안되어 있음)
다음날 아침일찍 일정잡혀있어 어쩔수없이 말도 못하고 나와야 해서 너무 열받아서 쪽지 남기고 왔으나 사과메일 한통도 없음

“학회 차 방문했던 호텔입니다. 보통들 가는 크로아티아의 유명 관광지는 아니라서 어떨지 크게 기대를 하지는 않았습니다. 하지만, 가보니 아드리안 해의 정경을 그대로 볼 수 있고, 날씨도 너무 좋았습니다. 호텔 시설은 pula 지역에서는 가히 최고라고 말할 수 있습니다. 깔끔한 시설과 편의 시설, 여러 수영장 등 호텔 내에서 휴향지의 느낌을 만끽할 수 있었습니다.”

“Diesesmal hatten wir ein Appartement im Hotel Istra das zwar sauber war aber schlecht gewartet! Einige Türen (u.a. Glastüren im Bad, Zwischentüren, Eingangstüren) waren nur mit Mühe zu öffnen, im Bad war eine transparente Abdichtung des Spritzschutzes der Glaswand ( ... ein billiger Austauschartikel) verkalkt und total verbraucht! Dies hinderte uns die Badewanne zu nutzen, es wae unzumutbar. Im Zimmer 108 war die Toilette nucht wirklich zu nutzen da der Wasserschwall bei der Spülung lediglich...

"숙소의 청결상태는 중정도이고 숙소를 찾기가 조금어려웠어요. 마에스트라가 캠핑장도 붙어 있어 리조트는 안으로 더 들어가야하고 방을 두개예약했는데 인원이 줄자 처음엔 한개의 객실만 주고 엑스토라베드를 설치해 주어 당혹스러웠는데 추후에 다시 객실을 추가 해주어 불편함을 덜었어요. 주차장에서 객실까지 짐을 옮기가 불편했어요. 수영장과 조식은 매우 훌륭했어요"
