"We absolutely loved the Bella Santorini. Lena was so warm and welcoming to us all, as was Sophia. The hotel is lovely and clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Alex on the bar was really kind and helpful, even cooking off menu for my extremely fussy daughter. Lena even took us on a guide tour of the island which was wonderful. We loved this hotel so much and totally recommend ."

"I had a really nice stay.The hotel is super clean,the room was spacious.Its a very quiet hotel in a quiet area.Only con is that you really need a car to move around. "We are very disappointed in our choice staying in this hotel. It is in a great location but clearly not the best hotel and may be over-rated. We stayed in one of the out buildings that has loft rooms, and there is no place comfortable to sit, the shower did not drain, wifi was poor at best, lighting was bad, and we had to unplug lamps to plug in chargers for phones the first room had no shutter on one window, mold on the wall , and needed paint. I have a hunch there may be better rooms on...

"Beautiful, modern hotel in Oia! We liked the location as it was a short walk into town, but away from the crowds in Oia when cruise ships came in. Stunning views from the property and the pool is awesome. Rooms are a bit small but I would guess quite a bit bigger than the cave hotels in town, and the property overall is spacious. Overall service was great. Cleaning was good but not great for 5 stars. Some odd things like the outdoor areas could have been cleaner, room ran out of shower gel / soap etc. nothing terrible but for the attention to detail overall I was surprised. Breakfast was amazing. "
