โThe Swiss Hotel was a convenient and clean place for us to stay while in Ottawa for a few days. We discovered its just down the street from the Ottawa Mission so we changed our walking route. Interestingly there were two high end hotels located just across the street from the Mission. We liked that the Swiss Hotel was close to the Byward Market area, Parliament Buildings and museums. We would stay here again.โ
โPerfect walking distance from almost everything you might want to check out in Ottawa. Staff at desk was super helpful. We wanted to get a little more shopping done before our train left, but it was pouring rain outside. The desk staff offered immediately to hold onto our luggage, which worked out fantastic.
Room comes with anything and everything you will need. The large fridge was especially useful. Would def return.โ
"A quite uncomfortable, a quite noise room and midnight can't sleep at all because of beside room talks, very clearly listen the conversation.
No secret as voice.
Old facilities so not clean, even no fill up soap and comolementary water, terrible service.
Not recommended as accomodation on Ottawa."
