“Our stay was amazing particularly thanks to the staff. They went above and beyond at all times. Everyone is super pleasant and welcoming when helping you with any requests. Particularly Freddy and Saul were helpful on our stay but everyone was great. We did a tour booked by the hotel with their suggested local guide (Gustavo) which was fantastic. My only negative would be the restaurant Mauko for dinner wasn’t the best and the breakfast offerings there I feel could be improved. ”

“It was marvelous. To be honest I wanted to stay JW Marriot cos people said it's the best in Cusco. But It was fully booked so we had to book this one. But It was a great choice in the end. It's so antique inside and people really welcomed us. The hotel itself was like 'Paradore' in Spain. Spa there was amazing so that we were enjoying there so much while we're staying. Breakfast was fantastic as well. It seemed like everything was 'home-made'. The location was great as well. Less than 5 minutes...

“Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Otherwise perfect stay. Make sure to feed the alpacas!! You can catch the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu literally right outside hotel entrance...

“The rooms were. Ice and clean but the proximity to the train station was disturbing in the morning. A good location if they can guarantee the river facing room. Staff was super nice!!!”

“Excelente localização, muito perto da estação de trem. As fotos no site mostravam um local mais requintado mas de fato nada excepcional. Nosso quarto não tinha banheira e a banheira de hidromassagem que deveria estar disponível pagando-se uma taxa, estava em manutenção. Percebi que não havia muitos hóspedes almoçando ou jantando no restaurante do hotel e acredito que seja pelo preço um pouco alto. Todos os funcionários foram amáveis e cordiais. ”
