We stayed for 6 days and the room was not cleaned. .We asked for the bathroom and room to be cleaned as well for towels and it didn’t happened until the night before we left. We had water issues during whole stay. Water pressure and not having hot water. “We arrived late at night and there was no toilet paper. The owner did get back to me fairly quickly to tell me where to find some. The shower had no curtains or door so the water poured all over the bathroom floor and into the hallway. The remotes left for The tv only worked for 1 of the tvs. Parking is terrible. There’s no lot or actual spaces. Just have to park on the side of the street. The room was clean, we only saw 2 cockroaches which I was expecting way more for PR. The pool was clean....

“What a unique find! We arrived once the sun went down but it was not a problem as we were constantly in touch with the host to let us know when we would arrive. We didn’t ride in the ATV (as other reviewers mentioned) but followed him in our SUV to our spot - which I actually would’ve preferred so we could leave after check-out when we wanted to. “No lo recomiendo. La habitación sus muebles son viejos, una de las puertas del closet no abria, los matres terribles , no dejaron suficiente papel de baño( un rollo usado) no tenían toallas para la piscina, no puedes disfrutar de las facilidades ni antes ni después del check out. Tendrías que pagar $50 por persona si quieres usarlas. Lo único que tiene una buena piscina, casino, bolera y esta todo cerca. Yo y mi familia no volvemos.”
