"The residences are next to the hotel. The area has been renovated nicely and the residences are also beautiful with high quality finishes. A few negatives: - no coat hanger - light switches are not the most convenietly placed Otherwise this is a beautiful hotel and would return anytime "

"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."
