Staffed front desk, parking in front of room, good heating system and clean bed worked well. Locks on the door are broken, bedside tables are rusted out, mattress was a disaster and completely sagging with springs poking on the body in room 101, black mold on the drains in the wash basin and bath tub did not work for us.
Everything was great from start to finish. Check in was easy & fast. Lady at desk was awesome!!!!!!!the room was the best that I have stayed at on my trip so far. Clean, comfortable, roomy & car was parked right outside my door which is important to me. I couldn’t ask for a more positive experience!
I was extremely tired when my spouse and I arrived, so I really appreciated the warm greeting at the front desk, clean and comfortable room.

When I went to check in they said they cancelled my reservations so I had to pay 65.00 for the night. Got to the room and smelled like Marijuana and found Marijuana and a pipe in the room. If it wouldn't have been the fact it was 11:30 at night and we were tired from traveling I would have left. The sheets were clean though.

Requested an assisted room, didn't get one. No grab bars in shower.
power went out for two hours whilst there, front of ac unit isn’t on all the way, door lock shifted and door wouldn’t lock until screwed back into place, room needed TLC
The front desk lady was absolutely amazing though and had amazing customer service!
Wish the bathtub was a bit more cleaner. The refrigerator made a loud sound during the night. Otherwise very clean and quiet. Location is awesome near the expressway.
Not clean.. no housekeeping for my room , dog hair on my floor, asked front desk to contact housekeeping and never received my service for that.. no bar soap in the room.front man staff was very rude.. overall not pleased at all
The bed was wonderful. Got up Saturday morning no hot water. They send us to a room that whi know how many had uaed it before us nasty towels on the floor, Q tips on the sink. When called asked if water was fixed they were rude never offered another room . Never agin
We were greeted by Kevin (front desk/Room service he was very friendly, respectful and efficient. We needed couple of missing items in the room and he kindly came right away to replace them.
I would just suggest that outside entrance (cigarette butts) be clean up a little.
I had been there before and each stay was different! One time I itched after being in the bed! The next time the room was better! The staff is also different each time! My recent stay had me so upset at how the the lady at the front desk treated us! We had to get switched several times to different rooms due to no towels wash clothes and cleanliness. One room had a terrible looking spot on the blanket!
I had a reservation and when I arrived I was told that they were under renovation and they had no available rooms and I didn’t even get to ask for verification or proof of that. The front desk person was rude and disrespectful while someone that was staying there was sitting in the lobby with him and talking about how his microwave was not working and drinking alcohol. I have disputed the charge, made a claim, have travel insurance and still have not received a refund. Meanwhile I had to pay for another room for the night and it was tough finding one available. Will never again allow this place to receive a penny of my money and I am disappointed in Expedia for not helping me get my money back or even acknowledge my issues
