I had an easy, pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Philadelphia City Center. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The adjoining restaurant offered a really easy option for drinks and breakfast for my group. The hotel was well situated in the heart of city center and most things I did were within walking distance.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful! The restaurant had a great breakfast. The hotel was in a good location and we were able to walk to the historical sites. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Our room was not available at 6pm . Had to wait and then they gave us a handicapped room . ( which we didn’t ask for) When we got into the room it smelled so strong of cleaning products The bathroom floor was so wet after using the shower. The front desk worker was good at updating us and offered us a double room ( which we declined. We had reserved a king)

The proximity to the convention center was great. A few minutes walking distance to the convention centre and the iconic Reading Market. The rooms were clean. A bit dated but in the city centre - really nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpfull. We did not have a car so no parking.

Stayed here for one night for my daughter’s gymnastics competition. Great location to the Philadelphia convention center. Not many amenities but also fine for a short stay. Room was clean and staff was fantastic!
