Actually, stayed at the Miles Motel on referral from Colonade Motel. Horrible place to stay. Lights did not work. Water only produced a trickle and no hot water. Refrigerator too close to wall so would not open without opening the freezer. Floors were filthy. TV was dying. paid for 3 nights before staying one night. Motel would not refund the 2nd and 3rd night. Motel should be declared a health hazard and shut down.

My sister and I arrived at 2:30 am and waited outside for 15 minutes before someone came to check us in after ringing the bell repeatedly. Lady did not apologize, but check in process was fairly quick. We ended up paying extra for a third guest when we were only two (my husband decided not to come last minute). We reserved a room with two beds and only got one. When we arrived in the room the front door would not latch, we saw three German cockroaches in ten minutes, the ceiling fan and ceiling were covered in dust, there was strong cigarette smoke and weed smell, burn marks in the quilt and curtains. I pulled back the sheets to check for bed bugs as I always do, did not find any but there was no mattress protector and we suspected the sheets had not been washed. Bed was poor quality; thin mattress and ratty bedding. We left and dropped the key at the check in window (which was again unstaffed). On our way out we saw a police car pulling in. Don’t know what that was about but seems kind of sketchy. Total rip-off. Do not recommend.

This is more of a residential place than a roadside motel. The room was spacious, but dirty and in disrepair. There were roaches, no door number, broken door locks, no top sheet on the bed. The front desk gave us a refund immediately and we went to stay in the Holiday Inn near Gilbert. Sign says "free itch" instead of "kitchen". Should've known better!

It was not even a hotel, it was a flop house with permanent residents renting by the month. I took one look at the room and headed back to the office to get my refund. I would take this place off your list of places to stay. They even said it was not a hotel when I got my money back. They referred to it as a MOTEL like in the 50's, it was so bad, I could not even stay there and I am not that picky if it is cheap. Take it off your list!!!!
