First and foremost, the third-party app and the actual website for the hotel are two different sites that give different information upon my arrival both Adrian Jocelyn (I believe) were very rude I showed them the email confirmation that I received they would not acknowledge anything that I reserved or what’s on the third-party app. Their tone was mean and demeanor was very poor towards me when it came to the pet fee, the parking fee, none of that was advised, and the fact that I have different type of memberships and discounts, there was no compromising or accommodating any of my needs when as a customer was not my fault they just argued and was combative when I walked in my room, you could tell it was poor manage for cleanliness. It was hard to get a hold of guest services to retrieve different covers, however, the location was really close to different foods that were very tasty and good and local for other shopping sightseeing purposes
