Front desc closed 11 pm, but it was not any notes on Expedia website. We arrived on 2 am and on the middle of the night discovered that we can't get to the hotel after 6 hours driving and then did drive around to find another place to stay. When the next day I called to Expedia for a refund, agent told me that I have to pay a cancelation fees. I tried to explain him, that I did not cancel that reservation. That situation happened, because of your negligence., and you have to refund money, but he refused. I told him in this case I have to find a lower and ask for compensation. Terrible
