I couldn’t even get to stay at the property. I booked the at the property weeks in advance but when I got there, they told me that all reservations were full and their rooms were sold out. I even showed them my confirmation number but the staff claimed it was a “glitch.” Never got my refund and had to spend extra money somewhere else.

Stayed here on an overnight before an international flight. The bathroom, specifically the tub, had significant stains and dents and scrapes, the walls were covered with a heavy plaster cover over an obvious hole, and the shower curtain needed immediate replacement. There was a guest firing a gun while in the room and the police showed up and then the desk clerk coming on shift at 3 am was arrested for interfering in a police investigation. I’m sure this is a franchise, but Motel 6…do better.

Sheets are stained so whether they were actually washed or not between guests is hard to tell. The lamp next to the bed did not work. The toilet was constantly leaking and a small trash can was put beneath it to catch it. The toilet and shower did not look clean. The small bars of soaps, although packaged, looked like used slivers of soap.

The location was great for a morning run at Papago Park, but the condition of the room was not great. Beds were really uncomfortable, tub was dirty, the lights by the sink didn't work and the mirror was smashed. But, not a bad place to stay for one night and then being able to easily get on the highway.

Hotel from hell
I have no idea how this hotel stays in business. The rooms smell. My first room had bugs so they moved my family rooms. The second one smelled ac didn’t really work and the lights didn’t work. They over charge the vending machines $4 for a bag of small chips. This place really is disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We switched rooms 4 times due to room issues, no light in bathroom, bad mattress with cigarette burns in bed cover, no hot water. Only one washcloth provided. No extra blankets. Was cold all night and heater did not work. Would have moved to another hotel but was late and we weren't picking up rental car til next morning. Old and rundown hotel with a lot of disrepair.

No hot water (warm was the best it got). 2 of the 6 nights had NO water. Had to get card rekeyed every day. Asked for clean linens and was pointed to the laundry room. Safe but definitely in a bad part of town.

It was absolutely disgusting. There was feces on the wall and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks. The staff assigned our room to someone else so they tried coming in our room at 3am then the staff called to see who was staying in our room because they didn't know they had assigned it to us. Just awful!

Unpleasant Experience
We stayed 3 nights with no hot water. We Let the staff know about it but was advised to let it run for awhile. The next day we were told the boiler broke. They kept deactivating our room key every day so we kept having to reactivate it. Staff was not the greatest.

No hot water 2 mornings in a row. Very loud banging pipes at 2 AM for 10 minutes (see above). Room smelled like weed. Standing water on bathroom floor. Deadbolt broken on door to adjoining room. AC controls broken and un-readable. Toilet clogged on first flush.

Disgusting. Fecal matter smeared on walls of bathroom, bathroom door didn’t close, no running water for shower in morning, scummy dirty shower with burn holes in curtain, smelled of cigarettes and dog, bedroom dirty, would never stay here again.

Not a relaxing weekend
We rented two rooms, two nights. One we were unable to stay because of very bad conditions. They did refund. The other room the drain wouldn’t drain we had to make a towel dam. It was a mess. They did give a nicer room to us the second night. The friends that we’re going to stay in first room ended up at a different hotel
