Third time visiting and all the staff are friendly, very respectful and made this another pleasant stay. Great selection at the buffet breakfast, as well as for coffee and dinner. Close to the beach, clean pools and lovely rooms. Far enough away from the noise of Patong nightlife, yet still very close to plenty of restaurant options and markets.

We loved this hotel. We had an elite room with pool view and had the day bed out there which was nice. Room was good size. Big bathroom. Clean. Loved that they gave us a beach mat and towels to use at beach and a beach bag. Nice detail. Bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet was good. Pools were super nice. Never tried out the spa but heard it’s good. Would have been nice to have a gym there. Close to beach and restaurants. Great location. Recommend it here for sure.

Great hotel with excellent breakfast. Happy hours and restaurant was great too! Only issue is this hotel is in the heart of Patong and it’s loud at night. We were woken up several times because we could hear loud music coming from the street.

Very clean. Staff very friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Pool was amazing. A/c worked well. I didn't use the spa but people said it was nice. Breakfast could've been better. Items under a heat lamp like potatoes or eggs in a chafing dish were ice cold. When I asked for a fresh cooked fried egg at omelette station, I was directed to cold eggs in chafing dish. Fruit could have fresher.

I don’t know where to start between the friendly staff, nice rooms, good food, beautiful pools, and wonderful massages!!! It really is less than a 2 min walk from the beach and there is a 7/11 next door! I only stayed for 3 nights but I wish I stayed longer! It is also a great price for the luxury experience you get! Definitely eat at the restaurant there or order room service! Lastly, Boy from the front desk was extremely pleasant and friendly, helping so much with checking out and other services. Thank you so much for having me!

Overall I'm our stay was wonderful. Staff is very helpful and courteous. We forgot our shoes during checkout. Immediately after some time housekeeping messaged the front desk and informed us. Staff collected and returned our shoes.
