Great value for the price and great location, very friendly and helpful front desk staff. but the shower head holder was broken, and the rainfall head pressure is very low and cleaning staffs always skipped to cleaning my room, even the housekeeping sign is up.

Nice place. Clean and quiet at night. Slightly up hill from the party areas but 40 baht-£1 on taxi bike to take you home 👍

Otelde 7gün konakladık.Odayı temizleme yazısı bıraktığımızda sadece odaya paspas yapıp ne havluları nede çarşafları değiştirdiler.Banyoya tek kullanımda bitecek kadar sabun bile biz söylemeden koymadılar.Çok memnun kalmadım.

Another great stay! Got this on sale for 6$ a night and it really doesn’t get much better. Nice location 15 min walk to Patong Beach. Clean, very friendly staff. Breakfast and wifi were ok.

OMG AMAZING!!

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was the best stay in our 6 weeks travels yet, AND THE CHEAPEST. Location was great, STAFF WERE SO NICE AND HELPFUL. Kim the receptionist was so good to us helping us in many ways. We left our iPad in the room and they contacted us to tell us. Hotel was clean, nice bathroom. Overall great hotel for value.

Worth every Bhat ^_^

our stay at chusri was great. there bed sheets are so soft and bathroom is spacious. Also the room is big for only 375bhat per night :) friendly and helpful staff. Good WiFi connection even in the room. 15-20mins walk to patong beach, but you won't get bored walking coz there are shops you can look around along the way. If im coming back to Patong Phuket, will diffenately booked here again :)

The location was okey we had a 10-15 min Walk to the beach. The personal was okey and the worst part about this trip was our air conditioner. It was okey for 30 min then it restarted and made it 18 ° and fan on max and you can't turn it off. Nothing is working Overall okey

Would have been a good stay if the amenities & services committed at the time of booking were provided. Also, the staff need to be pleasant.... not grumpy & rude all the time. I stopped asking for anything hesitant to see the response!!!!I was asked to stay first night in some other hotel as there was no room for me. Finally after i said i had confirmation & dont want to keep shifting, they said they have a room!!!! My friend didnt even check in with me after i informed her about the situation!! The linen was dirty with stains & hair...... took very long to get it changed..... only after the front desk lady saw the stains with her own eyes!!!! Room had no drinking water Or coffee/tea making stuff as promised. front desk lady said they cannot as its a discounted rate i have got the room in!!!! Since i was ordering coffee & tea from outside .... the bin was completely full by next day. on asking to clean up the room.... they said they wont. my room stayed uncleaned for my whole stay of 3 nights!!!! Third day there was no cable.... informed them about it & asked by when would it be ok.... they said they dont know. when i got back in the evening, it was still out of order & when i asked by when would it be ok.... they said they dont know..... at night it was same & they had same reply!!!!! NET..... a very traumatic experience ..... esp. because of the attitude of the staff towards the deficiencies..... looked like they try to cover up by being rude.

Even thought the woman at the front desk was very nice, it would not be a place I would stay. The hallway was dark & scary. The room was EXTREAMLY small and hot. I couldn't even stay there. Very dissappointed!

Grei standard for pengene

Mye for pengene. Fint med balkong og rommene er nye og rene. Beliggenheten er litt langt unna kjøpesenter, strand og bargate men helt fint med tanke på pris.
