This is a real review. Honestly it's one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The rooms were always clean with many amenities. The pool was also so refreshing and clean to swim. The best is the breakfast buffet. It had everything, western, Asian, Indian and Arab food. I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. We didn't want to leave. Also a great location and staff that was very helpful and friendly.

I found the property to be very convenient and the staff were always helpful and well mannered. My only issue was people in a nearby room with children being very noisy even around midnight when I was trying to sleep.

Super close to the beach, but not near the clubs so it was peaceful at night. Outdoor pool was nice too! A good place to stay if you are traveling with children. Breakfast food options were a bit limited compared to other hotels.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, literally a two min walk. There is a 7/11 right next to it and numerous money exchange, shops and restaurants. It is also a 10 min walk to bangla street. We loved our stay. The rooms were very clean and had all amenities that would be required. I especially appreciated the amazing breakfast. There are so many choices that one cannot eat everything. Latte/ coffee machines, omelets station, fruits, croissants and most of all many main dishes and items like Pad Thai, salt and pepper chicken, sausages, fried rice, too many things to list. All food is Halal. The staff was very friendly and ensures customer service. Kate helped us and she was awesome. I would rate the staff very friendly and courteous. We were traveling with 4 kids and everything around is super convenient. Would definitely stay here again. There is also a desk downstairs to book ferry’s or excursions and the price is same as you would get online but with them you get the extras that Nora on a tourist would not know about. Like buying a ferry ticket with transport from the hotel included. Online this is not clear and mentioned when buying. There is also 24 hr security and hotel cleaned constantly.
