โVery nice hotel. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important during the hot August weather. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Metro, making it very convenient to get around Rome.

โWe had a slight issue upon check in, which was handled amazingly by staff. Things arise, and we all need to understand this. We decided to go for dinner and return. Upon our return we had oyr issue resolved :)
Staff: friendly, kind, up-beat, helpful and outgoing. Whatever questions we had, they were answered.
Rooms: clean, well maintained. Smelled nice due to diffusers.
Breakfast: it is definitely more of a European breakfast buffet. The cappuccino is excellent:)

โGreat property with the nicest staff!! The breakfast was delicious & the room was very spacious which can be rare for Italy. Elevators are really small & all the main attractions are at least a 15 minute walk but besides that everything was great. โ
โWe absolutely loved this apartment! It was more space than our family of three needed, but it was so nice to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. The building felt very safe, and our 9-year-old especially enjoyed being in charge of entering the door code every time we came โhome.โ
