The lady in the breakfast are was very rude and not friendly and inviting at all. One lady at the desk told us we got 2 free waters and then later, after we checked out, we were charged for the waters, other than that, great stay

Very clean, breakfast was really good with a wide variety of choices. The room was clean, smelled good and the staff was courteous. Booking and checkout was easy. Highly recommend.

The stay overall was good. I love the pancake machine that Holiday Inn has, unfortunately, it was malfunctioning the entire time, and when it finally was able to make a pancake, it was not very good. Everything was fine in my room. However, my family in at least two of the other rooms did not have televisions that worked. The staff attempted several times to fix the issue, but were unsuccessful. The staff, and particular Marissa at the reception desk, was very kind, pleasant, and really appeared to enjoy her job. Thank you.

Truly a Repeat Stay!!

Fire alarm went off all night long in room and they could not get us another room. Was traveling with my mother who is elderly and in wheelchair. Still wait on a refund for room.

Clean but probably not coming back.
The staff was super nice and the hotel was clean. There were only 2 towels in the room. The toilet running made a loud scream notice and people and music most of the night. I am not a picky person but this hotel was not cheap. It never looks good when there are sketchy people working on a vehicle outside either. It was clean!!!

Great stay. Check in staff was very friendly. Breakfast had limited options but was enough to fuel us up and get us back on the road!

We were supposed to get two queen beds and a sofa. Instead we got a king bed and a sofa. We were here for a softball tournament so we had to get on of our kids to stay with another family. Plus the toilet in the room did not work.

Best hotel staff!! Friendly and helpful. Best experience ever! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean. Loved all the functional spaces from several places to put our bags and personal items to multiple hooks in the room for hanging our jackets. We liked the way the soap, shampoo, and lotion were all in accessible dispensers on the walls in the bathroom. Great idea! The breakfast was amazing! So many delicious options…for the person that wanted to just eat healthy to people like us who wanted the full breakfast of eggs, sausage and biscuits. Love the indoor pool too!

Reserved a king suit and got two queens, we stayed 4 nights and my 1 year old sleeps between us so there was no room, I got an oh well at the counter. I then had to ask for towels and a shower curtain. There was chewed gum on the tables underside my kid found and white residue on the carpet next to the sofa. Also guests were loud right outside the front entrance that you could hear throughout the hotel, I had to call the front desk and it still took an hour to calm them down and it was past midnight. The water pressure is good and so is the AC.

Everyone's toilet was so loud when you flushed it. Not only in my room but other family members said it to us that theirs's did the same. Mattress was hard. No hair dryer in the room.
