"Although the staff was friendly, they didn't seem to know their job at check-out. The facility is undergoing a massive remodel. It would have been helpful to know this going in. We were placed in room 215. there were 4 construction workers on the hall with a loud radio. The construction noise was very noticeable and as right outside our door at one point. I attempted to call the front desk but our room phone did not work. We didn't complain as we decided to wait until we came back from dinner to see if the workers would still be there. Thankfully they were gone for the night. We did not have hot water due to a water leak until 9:00 pm. Also, there was a fire alarm at 3:ooish am. The room was very clean with fresh carpet that was still tacky from installation. A little heads up about construction when booking would have been helpful."

"So to begin with, when I first got there no one had told me that there was no elevator, and I am disabled. No 1st floor rooms available. The guy checking me in was rude and I even had to make him call his manager because he was so rude when I asked him about the elevator and he told me there wasn’t one. He tried to cancel my reservation without asking me if I wanted to cancel. I told him I had already paid to please not cancel my reservation and he told me to contact customer service to get my money back. I said I don’t want my money back. I want my room and to call your manager. Then, when I got to the room, there was hair on the blanket that belong to somebody else. The bathroom was dirty, and there were no dishes in the kitchen. On the first morning, I woke up with three bug bites on my abdomen. I reported them to the front desk and they brushed me off like it couldn’t have happened there. On my third and last night, I walked into the bathroom, turned on the light to watch a bedbug crawl across the floor.. I will never stay at this hotel again the hallways smell like dirty socks, and cigarettes"

"This hotel has gone downhill since the first time we stayed. They removed the treat jars from the elevators; the dog park is a disaster. They never have waste bags filled in the dispensers any time we have stayed. The gate on the opposite side of the park is completely off its hinges and was just lying on the ground. The whole point of a dog park is so dogs can't get out but with no gate they can get out. Not safe as an advertised dog park. The amenities for dogs are advertised as one thing on the site but then something different when you get there. There are not bowls in the rooms, so you have to ask for them. When we go to the front desk it's never the same person just somebody covering for the regular person. They can't answer any questions, or they don't know where something is like dog bowls. For the price not sure it's worth it anymore."

"My family stayed here for 2 nights. After arriving we showered and proceeded to get ready to go to a family function. My sister could not get the tub faucet to turn off after her shower. My mother called down to the front desk and was informed that there was only one staff member onsite and that there was nothing she could do. My mother then called back and had to ask to switch rooms. I went down to retrieve the new room keys. I approached the desk, and announced myself. The attendant was on her cell phone, reached for the new keys, handed them to me… all without making eye contact or uttering a word. There was a complete absent of customer service due to the fact that we had to pack up and switch rooms. This ordeal caused us to arrive late to where we were going. She offered no apology for the inconvenience, not to mention the water was extremely hot and caused the room fill with steam. Around midnight my sister walked down to the room and could still hear the water running, 6hrs later! She informed the new staff on duty. They were completely unaware of the situation. Also, in our new room, there was food left in the fridge. Do better. Ohhh and because I booked through a 3rd party, I could only receive points as form of reimbursement."

"The overall stay was great the room was great we didn't get up in time for breakfast the negative thing the pool was closed however they offered me the option to cancel my reservation at check in or the use of a pool at another hotel that they own but overall I would stay there again"
