Karen was not only courteous and helpful at the Front Desk but we watched her work in the heat to maintain a clean and presentable resort. We can't say enough on how good of a person Karen is. "The property is great if you’re looking for a relaxing experience. It’s a small property but really nicely updated with modern amenities but still keeps the local charm. On-site guard is really courteous and helpful. It is a property overseen by the bigger Urban Wave Resort. You’d need to pick up the key from there and a helpful staff will guide/accompany you to the location of Balai Balatong. Had a pleasant stay even though only for a night to catch an early flight at the airport."
