“Our stay was not bad overall. The room was comfortable and the location was convenient. However, I think the staff could be friendlier and more welcoming to the guests. With better customer service; the experience much better more enjoyable.”

“I want to be fair. this is a budget hotel. The main issue was the excessive street noise. we checked in and within 10 minutes checked out. If all you want is a bed with little expectation to sleep then this will work ”

“Het hotel is nog in aanbouw.....ik kreeg de eerste nacht een drive-in kamer toegewezen, terwijl ik had betaald voor een deluxe kamer....Ik hoefde me niet eens in te checken of mijn paspoort te laten zien....De volgende dag heb ik beklag gedaan en een deluxe kamer gekregen, maar geen queensize bed....in ieder geval,,,...niet voor herhaling vatbaar....het personeel was blijkbaar ook nieuw en wist van weinig zaken....zeker niet behulpzaam......”

“Early pool access was a plus! Buffet breakfast was wonderful -very tasty and generous servings-coffee🙌 nice and strong!!! Staff was so friendly and willing to help. Onda Restaurant could use some more training- very inefficient-we asked for glasses for water ( and water) 5+ times with different staff and several members of our party (9 of us) asking. At one point I went up to the counter to ask and still nothing for a bit. Food was tasty! Found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor- otherwise...

“Bellagio Hotel is a hidden gem in the country with the most beautiful scenery and landscape, there is a restaurant inside the premise without any elevator to catch or drive to similar to how Hawaii once was. “The property is great if you’re looking for a relaxing experience. It’s a small property but really nicely updated with modern amenities but still keeps the local charm. On-site guard is really courteous and helpful. It is a property overseen by the bigger Urban Wave Resort. You’d need to pick up the key from there and a helpful staff will guide/accompany you to the location of Balai Balatong. Had a pleasant stay even though only for a night to catch an early flight at the airport.”
