โA very convenient location near the Laoag airport. The hotel staff was very accommodating when we asked for a airport shuttle service at 4:30am.
The staff was also kind and friendly. โ
โI give this place an overall 5 stars because of their price point. They aren't like other hotels that claim they are a 4 or 5 star then you arrive to find otherwise.
They state they are a 2 star hotel right away. The sheets were clean but threadbare. The mattress was super firm and comfortable. They had an awesome pool that is maximum 5' ish and there is a basic waterslide that was fun for the kids but it is concrete not as safe as North American standard.
The breakfast was good and standard...
โThe tv in unit 106 wasn't working, but it was okay.
Great experience when we used their event area and had them catered.
Enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard area.
This is the second time we've stayed and it was better than the last time.
Hope see the staff at the palcio de laoag again next year.โ
โI loved Ilocos Urban Wave. Great resort and landscaping. Its quite far from San Nicolas RObinson or SM Laoag/ Laoag City, but you can take a tricycle or hire a private van to visit main malls. Overall, the multiple pools and amazing staff at Cafe Onda and overall resort staff were super friendly. I stayed with my family visiting from New York and we absolutely had an amazing time. I recommend it to anyone visiting from USA.โ
โAll the staffs are very accommodating and with a friendly smile aside from that helpful if you need some advice on which tourist attractions nearby. The breakfast was great and even the coffee was delicious. The view of the lake and even the hotel property looks expensive. It is definitely 5 star Hotel experience.โ
โOur stay at the Balay Travelodge in Paoay was great. It was clean and the staff was polite and very helpful.
There are lots of shops and food stalls near by, a market too for clothes!

โThe place is nice and quiet and very clean. The house itself is very unique in style considering it's an old house. The staff are accomodating, helpful and friendly. The only problem is the parking space, its like first in, last out or the other driver has to move his car if you're at the back and need to come out ahead of them. Otherwise, all in all, the place is ok.โ
