"The room was spotless. The staff were extremely friendly. Nice and quiet room. I did ask you for a refund for the last night and you said you would call the hotel and ask me to wait on the line, after 30 min. approx we were disconnected. I spoke with the desk and they told me you called and they would refund the last night. I don't have that refund on my card."

"Every part of our stay was great. Room was clean and towels refreshed if we needed them. Pool was clean and warm enough to enjoy a swim. Breakfast was hot and always refilled as necessary Staff were welcoming Some problem guests were addressed and handled properly. "

It is the 1st time in our lives, that we have ever had a call from the front desk shortly after checking in, to ask us if we were happy with the room and if there was anything that we needed. Very classy! We won't hesitate to stay there again and will be recommending it to family and friends. "
