The breakfast is great with plenty of options to choose from. The room service provided is great and everything is on time. The room was super spacious which was great bc we had our two children with us. Literally was the biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in and I have stayed in quite a few. The staff was super friendly although there was a very entitled man scoffing at the manager and saying he wants to stay on the floor and in the room he always stays in when he is in town smh The manager handled it very well though! Like I said great staff! Breakfast had many options. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. No stains on anything (I have a habit of always checking) and all the appliances in the room worked. We didn’t watch the tv but it was huge!

The location was good and some of the amenities were nice, but our experience did not feel like a luxury hotel. Our ground floor room was extremely loud from street noise, we found bugs in the room, and the AC could not be lowered below 68. We contacted the hotel about the noise and bugs during our stay and never received a response. But my BIGGEST concern was the restaurant. We were traveling with a small child with a serious egg allergy, and no one, not even the chefs, could tell us what was egg free or provide reliable allergen information or accommodation. We were ultimately told not to order anything because they simply did not know what contained what. I completely understand that no restaurant can guarantee zero cross contamination. But not knowing the ingredients or allergens in your own food is completely different. For a hotel presenting itself as a luxury property, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Families with food allergies deserve enough accurate information to make safe decisions for their children.

Room was huge and pretty clean but we still found some trash under the end tables and some stains on the sheets. The sheets were clean but had some stains that looked like makeup or maybe food. Other than that the rooftop bar was amazing and the rest of the hotel was beautiful, clean and smelled amazing. Lots of parking and close to everything but far enough away that it was quiet.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms I did not care for. They were kind enough to switch rooms for us because the exhaust fan didn’t work in our first room but then it didn’t work in the second bathroom either. The bathrooms are not private at all. There is still a gap in the door when closed as they are barn style doors that slide and you can hear the person in the restroom, not a pleasant experience as I was complete privacy when using the restroom.

Rooms were clean, the gentlemen at the front was awesome! But checking in is horrible you have to go to the embassy suits beside it to check in. We came back from Dollywood and the key wouldn’t work so had to go back to the embassy suits and redo them. It’s a mess. The parking spots are very small too. Once you get in it’s hard to open your doors and get out.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It was beautiful, clean, smelled amazing, had a stunning mountain range view, felt so upscale and had the most amazing and wide selection of entertainment areas for adults and kids. You could easily come for a long weekend and never leave the hotel and it be enjoyable! We will be telling family and friends about this hotel and will also keep in mind for future stays!
