"Marco was great host!! Good location to Borghese Villa park and some of the attractions. Across from a school or academy with choir music in evening which was a good fit for the Rome experience.
More of a AIR BNB experience, I did like the little kitchen area and access to fridge freezer (that part was super clean well kept and stocked). AC worked great and hardly needed even with it being 38c."

"We loved the hotel and it was very convenient to visit with our family. Only thing our room was smallish and had two steps in it, not too safe since we are seniors. Looking at our reservation I later realized that we had booked and paid for a triple bedroom and that must have been bigger, but I should have said it right away! My fault..."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Continental Breakfast was very good. The location was convenient and less than 10 minute walk to Villa Borghese. Front desk helped with taxis, and fares were under 20 euro to the colosseum and Vatican. We used the hotel recommendation for transfer from the airport, and the driver was courteous, on time and great communication."

"We reserved two rooms about 5 or 6 monthsago. Upon arrival we were shocked to learn it was one room only! The owner livia sent us to another place that was disgusting! I did not sleep a wink! I don’t feel O was compensated appropriately! She said it is rated as 2 and her place is similar. Her place is clean and inviting. NOT that other place. I’d like to discuss this with someone further. "
