“Reasonable place for a short stay”

“Basic hotel room. Nothing fancy, clean and close to beach.”

“The hotel was very clean, no bugs, visible trash/mess. However, when I recieved room service, it was half done. One of two beds were made/sheets changed. Didn’t recieve clean towels, trash wasn’t taken out, no surface wiped down. No toilet paper or soap replaced. The floors were not swept. Generally speaking, the front desk staff was ok. There were a few friendly faces, but the manager and other staff including some in housekeeping are very rude, short, and condescending.”

“This was our first stay and we will definitely be back. Room was clean, bed was soft, all dishes were provided. Room even had a dishwasher! Pool was nice and clean. There were grills in the cabana area. Great breakfast spot next door too!”
