โThe room was very spacious and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The Tiki Bar was really fun. Great entertainment with the exception of the band on Tuesday night. We were amazed they made the cut compared to all the other talented bands. Beach was beautiful. Very nice place โ
โThe hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area, places to dine and giving directions as well as recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious and updated. The showers were nice and the bed was comfortable unlike some places Iโve visited. The water pressure in the sink area was really low. One of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. โWe were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised.
The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. โ
โLoved the property and the location was great. Loved that they had van transportation. The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing. โ
