“I honestly cannot believe this hotel is allowed to operate in this condition. From the moment I walked into the room, it was one problem after another. There were actual drops of blood on the floor, which is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. “Room was clean but had a weird smell (cleaning solution). It was also a little cramped. Gym was small. Didn't get a chance to check out breakfast. Staff could have been a little more friendly. Had to go down to the lobby ourselves to get more towels. They seemed a little bothered that we even asked. ”
