"Front desk was super welcoming when I arrived. We were in Bend for a concert. This was convenient and close to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean."

"This hotel was gorgeous! Only stayed one night, but wished it was longer. We opted for a suite, which was huge, and came with a fireplace, a balcony, and a whirlpool bath. The setting was very quiet - you can see the river on one side. Breakfast was nice, but a bit limited in the selection available. Other reviews mentioned the bakery items, but the only bakery item was the croissants (pre-filled with ham and cheese). No hot food (although we knew this). None the less the overall stay was outstanding, and would definitely come back. Staff were lovely too :)"

"The air conditioner was terrible made loud noises and shook at night so no sleep for two days. We let the staff know hopefully they fix it. The staff was wonderful and the room itself was great!"
