"I travel a lot throughout the south and have always been a loyal Hilton Diamond member, but when the Hampton Inn was $287 a night I looked for a better deal. I definitely found it at the Fredonia Hotel a Mid-Century Modern oasis in Nacogdoches. I stayed in a tower king room which wasn’t that big but had everything I needed including a bed with pillows I thought about stealing. The staff was great and very helpful, and the room was extremely clean. Food at the restaurant was not only delicious but very reasonably priced. The only negative thing I can think of is no 24hr store or vending machine to get a water or snack. I highly recommend and will always happily give up my Hilton points when I’m in this area."

"Our room met all of our needs! Coffee pot, nice shower, washer and dryer for $2.50 to complete load. Couch and a comfortable bed! TV channels could have been better selection."
