“Check in was smooth and easy, and front desk was very willing to help in any way he could. Honestly, one of the kindest front desks during my trip. The property itself made it a bit difficult to carry heavy suitcases up to 2nd level without any lifts, and A/C was a bit dated. However, room itself is spacious and functional and would not mind to stay again if there's an occasion in the future.”

“The room was spacious except for the bathroom area which was cramped. No kettle for the stove and I asked front desk n not sure if there is any to give to those who asked of if there is a certain amount of kettles n they were all giving out. At least the front desk let me take the hot water from the tea area but this is unhelpful for longer trips like I took. Especially when there is a stove in the room. Only one ice maker in the hotel n if other softball family’s staying in the hotel…this was...

“I called ahead of time before booking our room to make sure the pool was operational and was told it was. Upon arrival and after checking in, I asked if we would need separate towels for the pool and THEN was informed that the pool was not working at the moment or open….. very disappointing to my children who were looking forward to swimming. Then this morning, briefly before checking out we tried to get some ice for our water bottles, and both ice machines were broken….. please fix your down...
