โWe were so impressed by this hotel. Fabulous room, very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great but mostly it was the welcoming and accommodating staff who made our visit so special. They were so helpful. We got room service instead of eating in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The Operations Manager who was on firing the evening of our visit made it such an easy process and the food was delicious. โ
โThis is a very big hotel. Right on a busy street so expect it to be noisy. Having said that the staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Parking is available at acost and its four blocks away, but everything is accessible by walking.โ
โWe had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayorโs Suite was absolutely incredibleโspacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality weโve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)!

โElegant hotel, well kept, clean, inviting. Coffee and tea options in the room. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room had a large bathroom with separate shower and tub. More counter-space in the bath would have been nice.โ
