โThe hotel and staff are GREAT! I would recommend parking in the garage down the street and bringing your luggage first before checking in as there appeared to be no โunloadingโ area (only complaint). The staff was sooo friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the city center and, with the windows closed, you can not hear any street noise. Make sure to ask them to validate your parking, it saved us about ยฃ12. โ
โWe were very pleased with our stay at Maldron Hotel. The location is excellent, I gave it a 4 star on area around the hotel only because it is in the City Centre, and there were a few sketchy looking people walking around, but in spite of that, the location was excellent! โHad a good stay hotel staff very friendly and nice, bar staff very unfriendly namely the food and beverage supervisor seemed like he didnโt want to be there standing behind the bar and not serving customers or picking and choosing who to serve first needs to be retrained on customer service and be more welcoming. This happened on the 15/8/25 and I think it could be a reason the bar was quiet at that time.โ

From the amazing complimentary cheese plate and wine and drinks on arrival to the fireplace and park views, the toiletries and soaps were also divine! I wanted to move right in!!! โ
โMy family of six stayed here- we are from New York, we didnโt know the area very well. My husband and my four kids and I just adored this place. We booked a double room, which was perfect. The front room. The four kids stayed in and my husband and I stayed in the other room. The kids havenโt stopped talking about how much fun they had there. It was so comfy and quiet. The people at the desk were above and beyond helpful. Just an amazing part of our trip to Northern Ireland! โ
