“Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

“Stayed for one night and could not fault it. In particular, the staff were attentive and extremely pleasant. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was lovely with great service and it was reasonably priced. The hotel is city centre so a very good location but you will get a view of the street. Our room was a good size and very clean and overall hotel was clean and very nice.”

“Lovely hotel, room in general was great, only issue was temperature. Really hot and no way off cooling on radiator or any control panel.”

“Loved the proximity to the Titanic Museum. The hotel was like a museum itself! Lovely stay, and the concierge team was so helpful!”

“good service with nice people. Food was good and the room was comfortable”

“I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally...

“Hotel was beautiful and rooms were very clean. The beds were really comfortable. Only downside was our room wasn't ready until after 4.30pm, we had to ask a few times. Breakfast was beautiful but chaotic. The hot food bar remained empty for lengthy periods and everyone was standing waiting for food to arrive.”

“Lovely modern apartment with all mod cons, great private parking and proximity to city centre.”

“not enough parking”
