“The bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were clean, with a lovely smell even in the morning. Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV. “Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The lodge was very clean and charming. We felt at home right away. We were not missing anything that we needed. Communication was easy and quick. We would be happy to book there again. I suppose the only downside is that it is right off the highway, so cars and lorries are regularly passing by. This does take away from the peace of the lake on the other side of the highway. But this negative point is eclipsed by all the positive aspects. Highly recommended!”
