“The young man that checked us in was so helpful. He was able to direct us to the bar for ice, got a couple of washcloths (not sure how ladies wash their face in Scotland) and even some extra pillows. Great pool/hot tub as well.”
“The hotel sits in a beautiful setting and very peaceful. Staff were very friendly. Room was light and very comfortable beds. We were there for our anniversary and would say it was rather spoilt on the Saturday as we were asked if we could make our meal slightly later at 7pm which we agreed to but didn't want later but because there was 2 large parties in we were not served until 8.30 which was unacceptable. We would have made alternative arrangement if we had been told this could happen.”
