“The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and the lady housekeeper Brent was an amazing lady great sweet personality. Would recommend this play to stay in.”

“When I first got there in the evening my room smelled like someone had previously smoked in it, went to front desk, they apologized and changed my room right away. Second room was clean, however it could use a bit more of deep clean in the shower area. Pool at the time was green and definitely needed a bit more scrubbing around the walls. I think something was maybe malfunctioning in the pool because the vaccum robot was just still in the bottom. We were unfortunately unable to use the pool....

“Beds were great. Room design and size was great. Carpets in the room and hallways were so dirty and it had some serious maintenance issues. Staff was very accommodating.”

“Literally disgusting, I’ve stayed in some bad hotels in my life but this one was top notch horrible the photos online were completely misleading. As I was pulling in my bags a police officer was actively walking in and warned me that this is a horrible crime area and this particular hotel had a bad reputation, definitely do not recommend, there are way better hotels and more for the town to offer just 5 minutes up the road at around the same price And the photos attached are just right outside...

“When I booked the room, I reserved 2 queen beds. We were given a room with double beds. The staff said that there was nothing they could do to change the accommodations since I had made the reservation through Expedia. They also said that they had no other rooms that would accommodate 4 people.”

“Traveling with family and was just staying overnight. We checked into the room and as we usually do, we went up to the room to check everything and we usually do a quick disinfect. When we checked into the room, we found that the bathroom had not been cleaned. I noticed several dirty towels on the sink and when I checked the toilet, I found that it was not working. Not only did it not flush, but it was still dirty from the last person that had used it. So obviously whoever went to clean the room...

“Walls are thin. Heard people all night in the room next to me talking at a normal level. Can hear dogs at all times. People playing music at all times. Management definitely needs to walk through the hallways to maintain noise levels during the night.”

“Simple, but clean and affordable. Suitable for a quick overnight stay. Pleasantly surprised by hard flooring, so no mystery stained carpet still releasing the odor of cigarette smoke from 1985. Linens were clean and beds reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was clean. I did see 2 or 3 bugs, but they were dead, which gave me comfort the place had recently been sprayed. I recently stayed in a St. Louis area H*lton that was in worse condition.”

“It was great for a few hours of rest. Did not spend much time. But slept well.arrived 12:30am, left 6:30 am on our way to Missouri from Texas. ”

“Well lets start with the Lobby and parking lot. Gross. Trash everywhere and noticeable bugs and flies. Sticky wet oil dropped filled parking lot with trash all over the place. BUGS BUGS BUGS. I woke up everyday to new bugs. DONT STAY HERE. TERRIBLE!”

“The place required a $50 deposit. That was not a problem. Then I was told that they wanted a $70 deposit since there were 3 of us. They took both the $50 & the $70. Then they only returned my $70. They room was $148. They took $260 and returned $70. Do the math. Neither of tjise females seemed to know ehat they were doing. I did not discover how they stole from me until 3 days later.”

“New management, some bumps with check in but issues resolved in my favor, so I am fully satisfied. Modest property at low price, expectations were modest and they were met.”
