I LOVE this hotel. We stay here every time we come into town for business. Staff is always amazing. Eric went above and beyond during this trip to put the customer in customer service. Clean room, clean hallways, and great staff.

Great sstay
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and appointed with a sectional sofa and a wet bar which was a nice surprise. The complimentary breakfast offered both hot and cold options. I’d recommend.

For almost $250 a night the room was underwhelming. The bed was not king size, the room smelled like mildew/cat urine. The shower curtain was moldy and no option to use the tub. But the staff was very courteous and friendly.

Constance has exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to accommodate us!! Also the gentleman who cleaned the breakfast area/lobby was very kind to me and my family. I don’t know his name but we stayed Dec 18-19.
