โEverything was great. The hotel was quiet. The staff were very helpful, courteous and eager to meet any needs we had. Itโs a convenient spot to stay after the Michigan football home game, and I have no complaints at all. โ
โBest Hampton Inn Iโve stayed in. Rooms totally renovated and large. Room temperature was generally fine but a touch warm, but adjusted it. Breakfast was decent. Service was good and staff was accommodating.โ
โCheck in was quick & easy. Found our room without issue. All areas are clearly marked. Pool & hot tub were in working order and clean. Everything in our room was in good repair and well stocked. Staff is friendly.โ
โAvoid this hotel if you cannot tolerate some noises from the upper room and the traffic noise. You have to wait until they fall asleep if you like to enjoy a peaceful night. But the traffic sounds from the main roads do not stop ever.โ
โI asked for a quiet room and it was quiet even being close to the elevator. They place me on the highest floor. The room was very clean and very cute. For this being a red roof inn, I thoroughly enjoyed my stayโ
โWe had stayed at this property under previous ownership, and it was awful. We didn't realize it was the same property or we might not have chosen it. But Baymont has completely updated the rooms and it was comfortable, quiet, and clean. We would definitely choose it again. We have a dog, and the pet charge of $25 was reasonable compared with what other hotels in the area were charging. The one negative I would note is that the breakfast did not offer enough options for us, so we ate elsewhere. โ
โRoom was in excellent conditions, arrived late and staff was really helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if you have a family and are looking for a safe place, clean, comfy. It's really close to University of Michigan. โ
